On the evening of February 21, INVETON announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary Suzhou INVETON Power Electronics Co., Ltd. signed a Letter of Intent for Strategic Cooperation with the Management Committee of Suzhou Science and Technology City, intending to invest in the construction of the third phase of INVETON Suzhou Industrial Park in the Science and Technology City of Suzhou Hi-Tech Zone, and to build intelligent production plants and supporting facilities. The total investment of the project is about 1.05 billion yuan.
