The new 1000base-t1 fault injection module provides a variety of channel number options and two fault bus connections. 40-203 (PXI) and 42-203 (pxie) series modules can support up to 6 channels of two-wire connection, while dual group multiplex 40-204 (PXI) and 42-204 (pxie) series modules can support one or two channels of two-wire connection. Both models provide a signal path with 100 Ω controlled transmission line impedance. The 40 / 42-203 series uses high-quality reed relays designed for high-frequency applications, and the 40 / 42-204 series uses high-quality electromagnetic relays. For small-scale test applications, both series provide flexible selection of partial filling. 40 / 42-203 can provide three channel version and 40 / 42-204 can provide one channel version.
