3. General Wiring Guidelines

Power supply: Redundant 24 VDC external power supply with circuit breaker and surge protection.
Output type: PNP sourcing output; load connects to DO channel, the other end to 24 VDC negative.
Shielded twisted pair cable is recommended for field wiring; shield single-end grounded to avoid interference.
For diagnostic models F3334 / F3335: Do not parallel extra loads in the loop, otherwise line fault alarm will be triggered.

4. Model-Specific Wiring Advice

F3330

For non-Ex area 24VDC solenoid valves, indicator lights and small contactor coils. Direct one-to-one connection, simple layout for mass standard points.

F3334

For high-current pneumatic valves, large relays and high-power actuators. Use cable cross-section ≥ 1.5mm²; check voltage drop for long-distance wiring.

F3335

For Zone 0/1/2 chemical hazardous area, ESD & boiler BMS system. Must match with intrinsic safety isolator. Separate Ex and non-Ex cables strictly in different cable trays, no mixed laying.
