The EtherCAT terminal module el5072 of Beifu can directly connect up to two inductive displacement sensors, including LVDT and half bridge sensor or rvdt angular displacement sensor. Therefore, it can achieve accurate position and distance measurement in a compact, accurately scalable and cost-effective way (for example, in process control or controlled bonding process application scenarios). El5072 is only 12mm wide and can be installed in a standard EtherCAT I / O system to save space.
